We also guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange and offer a pre-paid shipping label.

If you are ever dissatisfied with our product please contact our team. If we are unable to completely satisfy your needs we will be happy to complete a refund.

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

To start a return:
Fill out our contact form on the home page or email us at support@cocobeam.shop. Please include your order number for us to be as efficient as possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so we can do everything in our power to fix the situation. 

Refunds
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
